COLUMBUS, Ohio — Tyler Logan has been elected to the Ohio Pork Council Board of Directors, representing pork producers in District 2. Logan brings 13 years of pork-industry experience, combining hands-on swine production knowledge with a professional background in livestock marketing.

Logan manages a 2,500-head wean-to-finish hog barn for Terrill Farms. He also serves as regional sales manager for United Producers, Inc., where he works with pig farmers throughout Ohio to develop livestock marketing strategies and navigate changing hog markets.
His experience in both pork production and livestock sales will provide the Ohio Pork Council with valuable insight into the opportunities and challenges facing today’s producers. Logan is also a graduate of the inaugural Ohio Pork Leadership Class, a program designed to prepare pork producers and industry professionals for future leadership opportunities.
Beyond his professional responsibilities, Logan remains active in his church and assists several county fairs with hog marketing. His continued industry involvement reflects his commitment to serving fellow producers and strengthening Ohio’s pork industry.
Ohio Pork Council Recognizes Outgoing Directors
The Ohio Pork Council also recognized outgoing board members Kyle Culp, Chris Allen and Nick Seger for their service and leadership.
Their contributions extended beyond board meetings and official votes. Each director gave his time, experience and perspective to decisions that will continue benefiting Ohio pig farmers. Their board service also required time away from their farms, businesses and families to represent the needs of pork producers across the state.
The Ohio Pork Council expressed its appreciation for the lasting impact Culp, Allen and Seger made during their terms.
