CARLYLE, Ill. — The Maschhoffs is hitting the road this fall to connect with college students interested in careers, internships and hands-on experience in the pork industry and animal agriculture.
The pork production company has announced its Fall 2026 Career Fair Calendar, with stops planned at colleges and universities across the Midwest throughout September and October. The Maschhoffs is encouraging students interested in agriculture, swine production and leadership development to visit its recruiting team and learn more about opportunities within the company.
Internships, Careers and Leadership Experience
Students who visit The Maschhoffs at one of the upcoming career fairs can learn about a variety of opportunities, including summer internships, part-time positions and full-time careers.
The company will also share information about its Leadership Experience Externship, which gives students an opportunity to gain hands-on industry experience and learn more about leadership and careers within animal agriculture.
The Maschhoffs says it is looking forward to meeting the next generation of agriculture professionals and introducing students to ways they can make an impact in the industry.

- Sept. 14 — Southern Illinois University Carbondale
- Sept. 22 — Kansas State University
- Sept. 23 — Western Illinois University
- Sept. 23 — Black Hawk College
- Sept. 30 — University of Missouri
- Oct. 5 — Western Illinois University
- Oct. 6 — Lake Land College
- Oct. 13 — Iowa State University
- Oct. 14 — Lincoln Land Community College
Students attending one of the career fairs are encouraged to stop by The Maschhoffs booth to learn more about careers in animal agriculture, leadership development and opportunities to gain experience within the pork industry.
