STRATFORD, Ontario — Pork producers, industry professionals, exhibitors and supporters from across Canada are preparing to gather for the 2026 Ontario Pork Congress (OPC), scheduled for June 17-18, 2026, at the Stratford Rotary Complex in Stratford, Ontario. The annual event continues to be one of Canada’s premier pork industry gatherings, offering a blend of education, networking, family activities, industry innovation and pork-focused entertainment.
Ontario Pork Congress President Victoria Stewart welcomed attendees in a message ahead of the event, highlighting the dedication of volunteers and organizers who have worked throughout the year to make the show both informative and enjoyable for visitors.
“We are back for another year, and our dedicated volunteers and members have been working hard at making sure this event is as fun and informative as ever,” Stewart said.

Following Wednesday’s trade show activities, visitors can continue networking at the popular Hospitality Tent, which remains open until 10 p.m. each evening. Wednesday evening will also feature the annual Hog Jog fundraiser, including registration, a dinner and live auction events benefiting the Emily Murphy Centre. Proceeds from the auction of pork product boxes will support the charity while showcasing high-quality Ontario pork.
