INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — Pork lovers across Indiana will have plenty to celebrate as Indianapolis Tenderloin Week returns June 8–14, bringing together restaurants, consumers, and pork industry supporters for a week dedicated to one of the state’s most iconic menu items — the pork tenderloin sandwich.

This year’s event is being presented by Indiana Pork Farmers, which is serving as the official presenting sponsor of the popular food-focused promotion.

Indianapolis Tenderloin Week encourages consumers to visit participating restaurants throughout the Indianapolis area, sample a variety of pork tenderloin creations, and support local businesses while celebrating Indiana’s rich pork production heritage.

Participants who check in at four or more participating restaurants during the week will be eligible for prize drawings. Indiana Pork Farmers will award prizes including a tabletop grill and tickets to the Indiana State Fair. Winners will be selected through a drawing, with additional recognition planned for the overall points leader during the event.

Indiana Pork Farmers has been representing the state’s pork producers since 1953, promoting pork products to consumers, providing industry information to producers, and serving as an advocate for Indiana’s pork industry. The organization also works to enhance public understanding of modern pork production while supporting opportunities for Indiana’s pig farmers and pork-producing families. For pork producers, it also serves as an opportunity to showcase the importance of the pork industry to Indiana’s economy and celebrate a product that remains a favorite among consumers in restaurants across the state.

Indianapolis Tenderloin Week runs June 8 through June 14, with participating restaurants offering their own unique takes on the classic Indiana pork tenderloin sandwich.

As thousands of diners prepare to hit the road in search of their favorite tenderloin, the week promises to be a fun celebration of Indiana agriculture, local restaurants, and the farmers who help put pork on the table every day.
