The Idaho Pork Producers Association is inviting young swine enthusiasts from across Idaho and neighboring states to attend a free Swine Field Day Clinic on May 29, 2026, at the Canyon County Fairgrounds in Caldwell, Idaho.
The event will run from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and is designed for youth ages 5-18 who are involved in swine projects, raise pigs, show pigs, or simply want to learn more about pigs and the pork industry.
According to event information shared by the Idaho Pork Producers Association, the clinic will offer hands-on learning opportunities, industry tips, networking with other show pig families, and a fun environment focused on youth education in the swine industry. Attendees will also receive free food and event giveaways during the day.
Organizers say the clinic is a great opportunity for young people interested in livestock showing to connect with pork industry professionals and learn more about pig care, showmanship, and the broader swine industry.
The Idaho Pork Producers Association encourages families to sign up in advance to help organizers prepare enough food and t-shirts for attendees. Following the clinic, the IPPA Jackpot Show will begin at 1 p.m.
The event will take place at:
