QUINCY, Ill. — Carthage Veterinary Service, LTD will welcome pork producers, veterinarians and industry professionals from across the country to Quincy, Illinois, Sept. 1 for its 2026 Annual Swine Conference.
Held at the Oakley Lindsay Center, the conference will bring pork industry leaders and partners together for a full day of education, collaboration and networking. This year’s conference theme, “Never Settled,” highlights the importance of continuous improvement in an industry that is constantly evolving.
“Being Never Settled is about continuing to ask how we can get better, whether that is in animal health, production, technology, leadership or the way we develop our people,” said Dr. Aaron Lower, President of Carthage Veterinary Service. “This conference gives our industry an opportunity to learn from one another, challenge our thinking and take ideas home that can make a difference in our businesses.”
Educational sessions will address animal health, swine production, nutrition and research, data and technology, leadership, workforce development, and economics. The conference will also offer educational opportunities in both English and Spanish, allowing more attendees to participate in programming relevant to their operations and teams.
In addition to its educational content, the Annual Swine Conference will give attendees opportunities to connect with pork producers, veterinarians, allied industry partners and exhibitors from across the industry.
The conference experience will begin Aug. 31 with the Monday Night Social at the Oakley Lindsay Center. The social will allow attendees to meet and build connections before the full day of conference programming begins Sept. 1.
“Our industry is constantly evolving, and that creates both challenges and opportunities,” Lower said. “We want people to leave this conference with new ideas, stronger connections and the motivation to keep improving. That is what Never Settled is all about.”
