Registration is now open for California breeders to enroll in the 2026 Certified California Bred Program (CCBP). The program continues to recognize breeders who support youth exhibitors while promoting California-bred barrows across the state.

New updates for 2026 include expanded recognition opportunities, highlighted by a new County Fair Winner Program. The California Youth Ag Expo (CYAE) has also been selected as the program’s major state show due to its continued growth and strong participation.

Breeders can register with a late registration option available until April 30. To be eligible, participants must submit the required litter sheet and maintain an active California Pork Producers Association (CPPA) membership by April 30.
