Chief Industries, Inc. is recognizing two employees for their commitment to leadership development and community involvement in central Nebraska.

Sidney Starkey, HR Generalist at Chief Industries, and Elijah Hunter, Account Executive at Chief Carriers, recently graduated from Leadership Unlimited’s Leadership Tomorrow Class 40 after completing a nine-month leadership development program focused on community growth, professional development, and regional leadership opportunities throughout Hall County and central Nebraska.
Leadership Tomorrow, organized through Leadership Unlimited, is designed to help participants better understand the businesses, industries, organizations, and challenges that help shape the region. The program includes monthly sessions covering leadership development, economic growth, communication, workforce development, government, and community engagement while also connecting participants with local leaders and organizations across Nebraska.
The program also focuses on strengthening practical leadership skills such as relationship building, collaboration, networking, teamwork, and servant leadership. Leadership Unlimited’s mission is to help individuals grow into leaders who can make a positive and lasting impact within their workplaces and communities.
Chief Industries said programs like Leadership Tomorrow help develop leaders who are committed to serving others and strengthening the communities where they live and work. The company added that it values opportunities that encourage employees to continue growing as leaders both professionally and personally.
Leadership development remains an important part of agriculture and the pork industry, where strong leadership helps support businesses, rural communities, workforce development, and the future of livestock production.
Pork Industry News congratulates Sidney Starkey and Elijah Hunter on this accomplishment and their continued investment in leadership and community growth.
