WHITESTOWN, Ind. — Indiana Pork is set to host one of the state’s most anticipated culinary experiences of the year as Bourbon & Bacon returns on November 21, 2025, from 6–9 p.m. at The Cardinal Room at the Golf Club of Indiana. This exclusive evening brings together exceptional Indiana-raised pork, award-winning bourbon, live music, and a memorable dining experience designed to showcase the best of Hoosier agriculture and local culinary talent.
 
A favorite among food enthusiasts, pork producers, and bourbon aficionados alike, Bourbon & Bacon features a five-course, chef-curated dinner where every dish highlights premium Indiana pork. Each course is perfectly paired with a handcrafted bourbon from Starlight Distillery, one of Indiana’s most respected and innovative distillers.
 
A Night Built for Every Guest — Not Just Bourbon Lovers
 
While bourbon takes center stage in the pairings, the event is designed for everyone. Each guest receives two drink tickets, valid for wine, beer, or seltzer. A full cash bar will also be available throughout the evening, making the event enjoyable for all tastes and preferences.
The night begins with a cocktail hour and live music from 6:00–6:45 p.m., setting the perfect tone for an elegant, enjoyable evening. The official dinner service follows from 6:45–9:00 p.m., featuring elevated pork dishes crafted by Indiana chefs who proudly support local farmers and the state’s pork industry.
